I was born and raised in Missoula – at a young age, I developed a passion for exploring. The moment I got my driver’s license, I was exploring the high mountain lakes in the Bitterroot Mountains – After graduating from the University of Oregon, I spent years exploring vast swaths of wilderness through long-distance hikes, including:

In my early 20’s, I supported my adventures as a commercial fisherman in a remote corner of Kodiak, Alaska. I credit those long seasons of brutal work for shaping my professional life. 16 hour days of ripping salmon out of nets translated surprisingly well to long days of finding the best value for buyers and sellers at all price points.

I spend my free time exploring Western Montana in every way I can – Each season brings out a different passion. In fall and winter, you’ll find me hunting, backcountry skiing and mountaineering. In spring and summer; climbing, ultrarunning, packrafting, and occasionally riding through town on my 7-foot-tall unicycle.
I am a Montana Broker who has lived and worked in the Missoula area for almost forty years now. I work with residential and commercial clients. I have a BS from the University of Michigan and a Masters from the University of Montana. My business experience has spanned from the engineering field to mediation. I’m currently on the board of the Montana Conservation corps, I was the President of the Missoula Community Dispute Resolution Center and the President-Elect of the Montana Mediation Association. I have held top administrative positions including the HR Director for the City of Missoula and the Executive Director of the Montana Association of Home Health Agencies.
I am currently the owner of Earls Construction, Inc. with my husband, Mark Earls.
